Arjan is a relatively young neighborhood that is part of the larger community of Dubailand. It is adjacent to the Al Barsha South district and is located on the outskirts of Dubai, providing residents with freedom from the hustle and bustle of the city.
In Arjan, low-rise and mid-rise buildings dominate the landscape. Each building is designed in a modern style, with professional designers involved in the project development. The architecture of the structures harmoniously blends with the greenery. Construction of the residential complex began in 2006, and by 2020, the neighborhood was nearly fully populated. Although adjustments are still being made by developers to enhance the livability of the residential complex, the completion of all complexes in the area is planned in the near future.

The district is adjacent to the main highway that connects Dubailand with other areas of Dubai. This allows for quick access to any location within the Emirates.
